Cake Flavours

A cake needs to taste as good as it looks and a plant-based cake is no exception.  Wow your guests with a cake that looks stunning, tastes incredible, but is completely plant-based and natural too.  Each cake tier is at least 5in tall with four layers of sponge layered with the silkiest filling, creating a delectable, plant-based marriage of exquisite flavours.

CLASSIC VANILLA AND STRAWBERRY

Four layers of classic golden sponge infused with vanilla, layered with fresh strawberry cream, strawberry chia jam and mascarpone cream.

CHOCOLATE, HAZELNUT AND COFFEE 

Four layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with coffee cream and chocolate hazelnut mousse, covered in chocolate hazelnut mousse and finished with white chocolate frosting.

​

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE 

Four layers of rich chocolate sponge layered and covered with chocolate truffle cream and a final layer of white chocolate frosting.

​

SALTED CARAMEL CARROT CAKE

Four layers of moist carrot cake layered with salted caramel 'cheesecake', salted caramel, vanilla cream and covered in vanilla frosting.

​

CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL

Four layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate truffle and salted caramel, covered in chocolate truffle cream and white chocolate frosting.

LEMON VANILLA

Four layers of vanilla sponge infused with lemon, layered with lemon vanilla cream and  lemon jelly, covered in vanilla lemon frosting.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE

Four layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with fresh orange cream and fresh orange jam, covered in a layer of orange frosting and finished with white chocolate frosting.

​

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY

Four layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with peanut butter cream and strawberry chia jam, covered with a layer of peanut butter cream and finished with white chocolate frosting.

​

BLACK FOREST 

Four layers of rich chocolate cake layered with black cherry cream and cherry jelly, covered in a layer of black forest cream and finished with white chocolate frosting.

​

WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY

Four layers of classic golden sponge infused with vanilla, layered with white chocolate cream, raspberry chia jam and covered in white chocolate frosting.
